- Shipping: In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we ship our hats in bags. Unfortunately, we cannot control USPS' care of your item once it leaves our facility. At checkout, you do have the option to upgrade your shipping to a box. If your hat arrives misshaped by USPS, the good news is these hats are durable and bounce back. Wear it around the house and it will be as good as new!
