Item marked delivered, but not received? 

If you track your package and it shows it has been delivered, but was not received please contact your local post office prior to contacting us. If the package does not arrive, contact us after 14 days to discuss further options. If a lost package claim needs to be filed with USPS, we will file the claim. We must be notified within 30 days. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Customs and Duties Fees

The buyer is responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
 

- REFUNDS ONLY - 

Items purchased from to: little arrows are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be subject to an additional 40% restocking fee. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all the original tags attached. All Masks and related items, Trucker hats, FINAL SALE, and CLEARANCE items are not eligible for returns. 
To get a return label, simply fill in the fields listed below. A return label will be generated and sent to the original email address provided. Once the return is received, a full refund will be issued minus a $6 shipping label fee. If your order was originally shipped with Free Shipping an ADDITIONAL $4 will be deducted to cover shipping both ways. Expedited or original shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 1-2 week for processing all returns.
